About your coach, Dr. Mike Zwell
Mike is the Managing Director of the Human Emergence Group, and Co-Founder, Chancellor, and Professor of Transformation Coaching at Wright Graduate University for the Realization of Human Potential.
With over 30 years of experience in the field of Talent Development, Mike’s expertise includes competency development and training, team assessment and performance management, executive coaching, talent acquisition, and succession planning.
A globally recognized Competency and Talent Management expert, Mike has helped hundreds of organizations, ranging from start-ups to Fortune 50 companies, use competencies to hire and develop high performers, increase key account sales by up to 40%, and reduce unwanted employee turnover by as much as 25%.
Mike has a Ph.D. in anthropology from Yale University and brings his anthropological perspective to his work in helping organizations maximize their potential. He’s the author of several highly acclaimed books including “Creating a Culture of Competence,” “Six Figure Salary Negotiation,” and “How to Succeed at Love.”
